Perfect if you regularly need help with recurring tasks. With a package, you purchase a set number of hours upfront at a better rate. This gives you more certainty and flexibility, plus you save compared to paying hourly. We always tailor the package together to fit your needs.
Got a project that comes up once or twice a year? Then we agree on a fixed one-time fee. Think of a photoshoot, new branding, staff outing, or website. I handle everything quickly and professionally, using my skills and network. Always on budget and perfectly organized.
You can rely on me for a wide range of tasks. Whether you run a brick-and-mortar store or an online wholesale business, manage a team of 50 or work solo—I adapt to your needs. On-site or remote, hands-on or behind the scenes, just let me know where you need support, and I’ll be there!
I communicate clearly, openly, and without fluff. I expect the same from you so I can get the best results and make the most of my time for you. The steps we’ll take are:
1. Get acquainted and discuss your needs
2. I create a plan and pricing tailored to you
3. Agreed? Sign the contract
4. Pay the invoice or approve automatic payment
5. We share information and schedule dates
6. I get to work and provide weekly updates for adjustments

I teach myself unfamiliar programs when necessary, provided you hire me for 3+ months. If you book me for less than 3 months, I will charge an additional onboarding fee, depending on the type of program and the learning curve.
Of course! If I suddenly fall ill or am unable to work for you, I will inform you immediately. If there’s no urgent deadline, I will catch up on the work as soon as I’m able to get back to it. If there is an urgent matter, I’ll help you find a solution. If I’m unable to work for an extended period due to unforeseen circumstances, I will refund any pre-paid hours that were not worked.
Life happens!
My hourly rate isn’t fixed but is always flexible for two reasons:
To offer you a fair price for the work you hire me for. If you want me to help with sales during peak hours and I can bike to your location, the hourly rate is around €55/hour. If you need weekly photos and content for Social Media, and I’m using my own equipment and software, my hourly rate is around €75/hour.
To ensure I can maximize my time and talent. It’s as simple as supply and demand at any given moment.
I will always send you a reminder so you can assign me work for the paid hours. If you don’t have any work for me, I will roll those hours over to the next month. If this happens frequently, it’s better to adjust the package to fewer hours per month.
I’m available for both employment and freelance work. A permanent position gives me continuity, while freelance work is ideal for temporary projects or busy periods. I’m also flexible about where and how I work — on-site or remote, part-time or project-based. We’ll discuss together what works best, so we can collaborate in a way that feels and works well for both of us.
